REFUND POLICY

We want you and your child to love every OceanWise Creations box. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your box arrives with damaged or defective craft pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@oceanwisecreations.com with a photo of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.

MISSING ITEMS

If your box is missing the craft or the educational booklet, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the missing item right away.

LOST IN TRANSIT

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 14 days and we will ship a replacement box.

If tracking shows the package is still in transit beyond 15 business days from the ship date, contact us and we will either reship or issue a credit to your account.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before your next billing date. Once a monthly payment has been processed and the box has shipped, that month's payment is non-refundable.

If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again and no further boxes will ship. You will continue to have access to your account.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment of $203.88. Because of the discounted rate, annual payments are non-refundable once processed.

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal at the end of your 12-month term. All 12 boxes included in your annual subscription will still be shipped even after cancellation — you've already paid for them.

If you experience a genuine hardship and need to discuss your annual subscription, please contact us. We'll do our best to find a fair solution.

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS

Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once the first box has shipped. If the first box has not yet shipped, we can issue a full refund.

WHAT WE DO NOT REFUND

We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Boxes that have already shipped and were delivered successfully
- Dissatisfaction with a specific month's ocean animal (each month features a surprise animal)
- Art supplies not being included (our product is designed this way — children use supplies they have at home)
- Change of mind after a box has shipped

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Email us at hello@oceanwisecreations.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo (if applicable — for damaged/defective items)

We respond to all requests within 24–48 hours, typically much sooner.
